Our Response to COVID-19 

While access to fast and reliable home internet is always important, we know that it has taken on even more importance for everyone in recent days, as many work and school activities are now being done from home. We wanted to take a moment to let you know what we are doing to keep our communities connected, while doing what we can to protect the health of our customers and our team from COVID-19.  

Taking precautions with installations and service calls: Our team has been practicing enhanced precautions at installation and service appointments, including:

All technicians and front-line agents are equipped with updated sanitization and safety product.

We have adapted our processes to keep you connected by completing our installation and service work from outside of your home. We are trying to be innovative in using remote technician assisted support while still delivering a first rate installation customer experience.

To ensure that everything is working properly our technician will phone first and verbally walk you through the installation process and monitor your progress and answer any of your questions.

We will call you prior to your appointment to provide information on what you can expect.

The technician will configure or repair any equipment or devices in advance.

We’re committed to continuing operations to serve you. We will continue to follow updates and protocols suggested by the Department of Public Health, and will keep you updated if our procedures change.
